CANCELLATION POLICY

I value your time and mine – please read before booking 💚 Age Requirements & Guests: * Brow services (excluding brow wax and mapping), lash services, and body waxing are for clients ages 16+ only. Clients under 18 who meet the age requirement must have parent or guardian consent. * Please come to your appointment alone. No extra guests are allowed. If you need to bring a child or someone with you, please text me beforehand so we can discuss accommodations. Arrival, Appointment Times/Confirmation: * Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being considered a no-show, and 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. * Patch test appointments have a 5-minute grace period due to their short appointment length. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in cancellation and require rescheduling. * Appointments requested before my regular business hours are subject to a $20 early morning fee. * Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation request. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled and the appointment time will be released to other clients. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows: * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. * If you cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your service, including reducing or removing services less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, 50% of the original booked service will be charged. * Same-day cancellations or changes are also subject to this fee, as the time was reserved specifically for you and could not be filled on such short notice. * No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay before booking future appointments. Deposits: * All deposits are non-refundable. * Deposits may be transferred one time if you need to reschedule. * If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
